Petershill Partners plc (LSE: PHLL) is a general partner listed stakes unit of Goldman Sachs. Petershill Partners acquired a passive minority ownership stake in Symphony Technology Group for US$ 60 million in cash. Founded in 2002, Symphony Technology Group is a private equity firm that invests in and builds software and services companies.
