DIF Capital Partners Buys Plugit Finland Oy

Plugit Finland Oy is an electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure company in Finland. DIF Capital Partners acquired a 71% stake of Plugit Finland Oy. Founded in 2012, Plugit has become one of the largest EV charging infrastructure companies operating in the Finnish market.
Law firm Krogerus advised Plugit Finland on the deal.
