Midas Asset Management Buys Amazon-Leased Milan Logistics Center

South Korea’s Midas Asset Management Co., via Midas International Asset Management Ltd., purchased a logistics center leased to Amazon.com, Inc. in Milan for €200 million. Amazon leased the 162,000-square-meter property for 15 years.

In May 2020, Midas International Asset Management partnered with Apeiron Capital to acquire a €200 million logistics portfolio in Germany. The 150,000 square meter portfolio is called the Maple logistics portfolio and the seller was the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan. Law firm Clifford Chance advised Apeiron and Midas International on the May 2020 deal.
