Rocket Properties Scoops up Shoreditch Development from Highgate Holdings

London-based Rocket Properties has acquired a mixed-use development in East London from hotel investor Highgate Holdings. The property is at 201-207 Shoreditch High Street and 1 Fairchild Street, EC1.
In May 2016, Highgate Hotels signed the 150 year ground rent development lease at 201-207 Shoreditch High Street and 1 Fairchild Street.
