HUB International Limited is a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm. HUB International acquired the assets of Fiducia Group, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Fiducia Group provides 401(k) & retirement plan consulting services to the corporate, Taft-Hartley, public and non-profit sectors. Fiducia Group manages more than US$ 2.3 billion in assets.
