Trescal Buys Aviatronik and Cleanroom Management International

Paris-based Trescal Group is a global specialist provider of calibration services, with approximately 3,300 employees working from 130 labs across 22 countries. Trescal is a portfolio company of OMERS Private Equity. Trescal has acquired Aviatronik in Italy and Cleanroom Management International in Belgium.
Aviatronik was founded in 1983 and has two laboratories, which are in Milan and Rome.
Cleanroom Management International was founded in 1991.
