ATL Partners-Backed Global Critical Logistics Buys UK-Based Dynamic Group

Los Angeles-based Global Critical Logistics is a global holding company for mission-critical freight forwarding and global logistics providers to specialty sectors. Global Critical Logistics is also a portfolio company of ATL Partners. Global Critical Logistics is the holding company for Rock-it Global (a consolidated company of the former Rock-it Cargo and Sound Moves).
Global Critical Logistics inked a deal to buy Dynamic International Freight Services Ltd and Dynamic Dox Ltd (collectively, the Dynamic Group), a non-asset-based provider of Film & TV production logistics solutions based in the U.K. Dynamic Group is headquartered at London Heathrow Airport (LHR).
