Global investment firm Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) disclosed that Maverick Aviation Partnership LP (Maverick), an investment vehicle managed by Carlyle Aviation Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire AMCK Aviation’s (AMCK) portfolio of aircraft.
