1. Harrison Street European Property Partners III
Harrison Street announced the final close of its third European alternative real estate fund Harrison Street European Property Partners III, SLP RAIF, which raised over €800 million of equity, including co-investment vehicles, from over 25 institutional investors around the globe. Fund III is approximately 75% committed to date and includes a life sciences portfolio of over 2 million square feet, making Harrison Street one of the largest private real estate owners of life sciences assets in the UK. Additional Fund III investments include build-to-rent and student accommodation in the UK, Ireland and Spain.

2. Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund IV
Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners had a final close of Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund IV with $14 billion of aggregate capital commitments. Following strong investor demand, the Fund was significantly oversubscribed, with demand exceeding its hard cap. Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund III, which closed with $7.2 billion in capital commitments after targeting $5 billion, was raised in 2018. Consistent with Stonepeak’s previous flagship funds, Fund IV targets infrastructure assets across North America, primarily within the communications, transport and logistics, and energy transition sectors. To date, the Fund has committed approximately 40 percent of total capital commitments to 10 investments. Transactions signed by the Fund so far include Astound Broadband, Seapeak (formerly Teekay LNG), DELTA Fiber, Emergent Cold LatAm, and Rinchem. Stonepeak currently expects the Fund to make more than 15 investments when fully deployed. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as fund counsel.

3. Lauxera Capital Partners
Lauxera Capital Partners is a Paris-based growth equity firm focused on health tech. Lauxera Capital Partners raised more than €260 million for its debut fund.

4. EIV Capital Fund IV, LP
Founded in 2009, EIV Capital is a Houston, Texas-based private equity firm specializing in providing growth equity to the North American energy industry. EIV Capital focuses on investments in businesses that create value through infrastructure, innovation or efficiency. EIV Capital, LLC, an energy-focused private equity firm, announced today the final closing of its fourth flagship fund, EIV Capital Fund IV, LP, along with its co-invest vehicle, EIV Capital IV Top-up Fund, LP and affiliates, raising in the aggregate approximately $702 million, surpassing its original $625 million target. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal counsel for Fund IV.
