LOGOS, Mubadala, and KKR Acquire Two Australian Sites for Development

Logos Property (Logos Group), which is owned by ARA Asset Management, has a build-to-core partnership joint venture with KKR and Mubadala Investment Company that was formed in April 2021.
The joint venture purchased the Huntingwood 21.5-hectare greenfield site in western Sydney for A$ 201 million from Lesso Group. The JV also spent almost A$ 40 million on a 7.8-hectare property in Reservoir, 13 kilometers from the central business district in northern Melbourne. The JV believes both properties when fully developed and leased will be worth A$ 640 million. These deals were revealed on February 9, 2022.
