Baltisse Gets Shares in Recticel SA

Austria-based Greiner AG is selling a 22.6% stake in Recticel SA to Baltisse NV shortly after buying 27.03% of the company in an agreement announced in May 2021. Baltisse NV is the family enterprise of Flemish industrialist Filip Balcaen. Recticel is a foam rubber manufacturer.
Greiner AG proceeded with a takeover offer in May 2021 after an agreement obtained with the main shareholder of the Belgian company, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, to acquire its 27.03% stake.
