British Columbia Investment Management Corporation Invests in Zedra Group

Founded in 2016, ZEDRA Global Services (UK) Limited (Zedra Group) provides services to corporations such as compliance, tax, and registration services. ZEDRA delivers tailored solutions to clients, who include high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and families seeking diversified active wealth solutions, as well as multi-national companies of all sizes, corporate pension schemes, asset managers and their investors.
British Columbia Investment Management Corporation signed a deal to make a strategic minority investment in Zedra Group. This investment will be made in partnership with ZEDRA’s management team, led by Executive Chairman Bart Deconinck and CEO Ivo Hemelraad, and Zedra’s existing majority investor, Corsair Capital, which will remain the majority shareholder.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
