Capital Constellation Backs Post Road Group

Post Road Group LLC is an alternative investment firm focused on real estate and middle-market corporate strategies. Post Road’s real estate investment platform acquires and operates multi-family properties located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast metropolitan markets and provides both long-term and transitional financing to real estate owners. Founded in 2015, Post Road Group is located in Stamford, Connecticut. Post Road Group’s Corporate investment platform makes debt and equity investments primarily in telecommunications infrastructure, communications, technology, media, and other tech-enabled business services companies.
Capital Constellation has acquired a passive, minority ownership interest in Post Road to support the fund manager’s long-term growth and development. Capital Constellation’s affiliated funds are managed by private equity and alternative investment manager Wafra Inc.
Post Road’s investment processes, management, and day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. As of December 31, 2020, Post Road managed US$ 265,934,554 in non-discretionary assets and US$ 184,542,663 in discretionary assets.
Michael Bogdan is a Co-Managing Partner of Post Road. Bogdan was a Partner at Atalaya Capital Management. Post Road Group LLC, Post Road Group LP and Post Road Real Estate Finance LLC are principally owned indirectly by Kevin Davis and Michael Bogdan.
The investment by Constellation follows the successful close of Post Road Special Opportunity Fund II at more than US$ 300 million. Wafra Inc is owned by the Public Institution for Social Security of Kuwait (PIFSS).
