Talentedge is a major education technology companies in India. upGrad confirmed the closing and integrating all of Talentedge’s business with upGrad. Under the upGrad umbrella, Talentedge will operate under its own name and in the coming financial year is slated to cross gross revenue of INR 150 Crore (US$ 20 million). Talentedge was valued at INR 205 Crore (US$ 27 million) and the near 100% share swap transaction was done at an upGrad value of US$ 2 billion.
