Dereli Family Office Sells Out of 275 FontaineParc

Mehmet Emir Dereli is a member of the Dereli family of Turkey. Emir Dereli is associated with the Dereli Family Office. The Dereli Family Office invests in real estate. Dereli Family Office and Miami-based Gomez Development Group sold 275 FontaineParc, a 133-unit community in western Miami Dade, to Harbor Group International for US$ 50 million. Completed in 2020, the property was sold at full occupancy. The property is located at 275 Fontainebleau Blvd. Marlon S. Gomez is a real estate developer.
275 FontaineParc had received a US$ 24.3 million construction loan provided by Miami-based BridgeInvest and later from a US$ 27.6 million loan from Benefit Street Partners.
