BentallGreenOak and Schroders Capital Partner with Lofter Group on Tsim Sha Tsui Development

Founded in 2012 by Carol Chow, Lofter Group Limited is a property developer in Hong Kong. Lofter Group partnered with BentallGreenOak and Schroders Capital to acquire a majority portion of Nos. 31-37 Hankow Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, for grade-A commercial redevelopment. The total acquisition price was more than HK$ 1.5 billion. BentallGreenOak is a part of SLC Management, which is the alternatives asset management business of Sun Life.
The redevelopment project has a total site area of 9,650 square feet.
