ATP Real Estate Sells North Galaxy Brussels Office Complex to KB Securities

ATP Real Estate sold the Brussels office property North Galaxy to Seoul-headquartered KB Securities Co., Ltd. (a unit of KB Finanical Group) for DKK4.5 billion. ATP Real Estate bought the office in 2014 in a 90:10 joint venture with AXA Belgium for €475 million. The North Galaxy was built in 2004 and is located in Brussels’ District Nord. The property is spread over two 28-storey towers and a smaller six-storey tower.
