Slate Asset Management Signs Deal to Acquire Presima

Slate Asset Management is a real estate management firm based in Toronto. Slate Asset Management inked a deal to acquire Presima Inc., a Montreal-based investment manager with C$1.1 billion in assets under management as of April 30, 2022. Presima specializes in global real estate securities. Presima’s first investment strategy was launched in 1999.
Slate has more than C$11 billion in assets under management.
