Cadre and BlackRock Acquire Salt Lake City Apartment Complex from Greystar Real Estate Partners

On May 31, 2022, real estate investment platform Cadre announced an acquisition together with the BlackRock Impact Opportunities Fund. These investors acquired The Harvest at Marmalade apartments, a 252-unit multifamily asset Cadre acquired in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The sales price was estimated to be more than US$ 100 million. The seller is Greystar Real Estate Partners.
The apartments were constructed by Kier Construction.
