Revealed on June 30, 2022, funds managed by BlackRock acquired a 172,000 square foot urban logistics development in Dagenham, United Kingdom. The seller is Chancerygate, which is a joint venture vehicle between a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management and Hines Group. Dagenham Council has approved plans to speculatively build 15 Grade A urban logistics and industrial units at the development which is called Zephyr Park. The property is located on Rainham Road between the A12 and A13.
