Union Investment to Acquire Eclipse Dusseldorf Tower from OIA and Die Developer Projektentwicklung

Union Investment, through its Unilmmo Deutschland real estate fund, has acquired the 16-storey Eclipse Tower (or Eclipse Dusseldorf) in Germany from the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) and Die Developer Projektentwicklung. The tower is located in Georg-Glock-Straße 22 in Düsseldorf and is poised to be finished by October 2022. The building has 27,500 square meters of rental space.
