CBRE Investment Management Buys NC Park Point Campus

On September 27, 2022, CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of a separate account client, acquired Park Point, a 662,607-square-foot life sciences campus in Raleigh-Durham’s Research Triangle. The Triangle Business Journal reported a price of around US$ 288 million. ark Point is located within the Research Triangle.
The sellers are Starwood Capital, Trinity Capital, and Vanderbilt. The sellers bought Park Point in 2019 as a vacant, single-tenant industrial building.
