FD Mediagroep Inks to Deal to Acquire UK Pension Media Firm IPE

Dutch media company FD Mediagroep (FDMG) is the publisher of Het Financieele Dagblad and a number of business-to-business information titles. Disclosed on November 18, 2022, FD Mediagroep acquired London-based IPE International Publishers Ltd, owner of Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE) and IPE Real Assets from founders Piers Diacre and Fennell Betson, and other shareholders. Other products under the IPE umbrella include IPE DACH serving German-speaking countries, IPE Quest, and IPE Reference Hub. IPE celebrated its 25th anniversary this year.
FDMG publishes various professional titles, including Pensioen Pro, Energeia, and Impact Investor. Pensioen Pro was created in its current form in 2014 from a merger of existing pension publications published by FD Mediagroep and IPE (IP Nederland).
