National Grid Partners Invests in Visionary.ai

Jerusalem-based Visionary.ai is a developer of AI for real time video enhancement. National Grid Partners (NGP), the venture investment and innovation arm of National Grid plc, made an investment in the millions in Visionary.ai. One of the principal benefits of Visionary.ai’s technology is that it enables cameras to operate in extremely low lighting, in real time, in color and while maintaining high picture sharpness. In addition, Visionary.ai has developed a novel software image signal processor, which can adapt image processing to the needs of particular applications.
With its investment in Visionary.ai, NGP has backed a total of 40 startups dedicated to combating climate change across a range of applications, from cybersecurity to customer-focused solutions.
