FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried Gets $250 Million Bail

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried will be released on US$ 250 million bail. Bankman-Fried’s parents would put up the equity in their home to partially satisfy bail conditions. As part of the release, Bankman-Fried would be released into the custody of his parents home in California. Judge Gabriel Gorenstein informed the court that Bankman-Fried would require “strict” supervision.
Sam Bankman-Fried’s parents are both law professors at Stanford University.
