Alpha Dhabi Holding Partners with Mubadala and Apollo on Private Credit Investments

Alpha Dhabi Holding is a unit of Abu Dhabi’s International Holding Company PJSC. Alpha Dhabi Holding and Mubadala Investment Company agreed to form a joint venture to co-invest in private credit opportunities. Mubadala will own 80% of the venture, with Alpha Dhabi Holding owning 20%. As part of the venture, the two investors will collectively invest up to 9 billion AED (US$ 2.5 billion) over the next five years. The venture will leverage Mubadala’s strategic partnership with Apollo Global Management.
Royal Group is the majority owner of listed company International Holding Company.
