Brunei Sovereign Wealth Fund Executive Names as Director to Mapletree Industrial Trust Management

On March 21, 2023, Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., as the Manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust, disclosed of the appointment of Ms Noorsurainah Tengah as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager with effect from April 1, 2023. Noorsurainah Tengah is Executive Manager, Head of Alternative Assets and Head of Listed Assets at the Brunei Investment Agency, the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Brunei. Tengah has been with the Brunei Investment Agency for 15 years; her prior positions have included the Head of Absolute Return, Portfolio Manager Private Equity, Assistant Portfolio Manager External Fund Management, and Analyst of the Macro, Fixed Income, Credit and Equity group.
Tengah also serves on the boards of Boqii Holding Limited and EG Acquisition Corp, both of which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Tengah holds a Masters in Finance and Economics from the Manchester Business School. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
