Mubadala Sells 7.6 Percent Stake in ADIB to National Holding

On May 5, 2023, Mubadala Investment Company via Mamoura Diversified Global Holding Company sold its 7.6% stake in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC (ADIB) to a unit of investment firm National Holding. Emirates International Investment Company LLC holds 39.4% of ADIB as of December 31, 2021.
In addition to the United Arab Emirates, ADIB has presence in markets such as Egypt, where it has 70 branches, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Sudan, and Iraq.
