KKR-owned Envision Healthcare Files for Bankruptcy

Envision Healthcare Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiaries has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The U.S.-based physician staffing firm estimates assets of US$1 billion and liabilities of US$10 billion according to court papers.
