US$ 5 Billion Real Estate Project Planned in Dubai

A real estate project with a US$ 5 billion price tag will create “the moon” on a Dubai building.
Canadian entrepreneur Michael Henderson wants a 900-foot replica of the moon to accentuate the desert skyline. The project is known as MOON. Henderson’s Moon World Resorts will fund the project.
MOON will boast a hotel with 4,000 rooms and a gathering space for as many as 10,000. MOON will glow at night, and there will be a way for visitors to make a moon walk. It is not yet clear which building in Dubai will host MOON.
