Becken Holding Purchased RingCenter III in Berlin from Credit Suisse Fund

Hamburg-based Becken Holding GmbH, a real estate firm, purchased RingCenter III, a shopping center in Berlin. A Credit Suisse Asset Management investment fund sold the property for an undisclosed amount. The four-story property is fully leased to the Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof department store chain and provides some 13,500 square meters of floor area. Becken Holding is keen on expanding its real estate foot print in Berlin and now owns three sites in the area.
