Terraform Labs Out Of Civil Lawsuit

The lawsuit against Terraform Labs and Do Kwon has been dropped by a district court in Northern California after a voluntary dismissal. The suit was led by Albright Capital. The SEC case remains, which is, importantly, a case with more serious implications. The case is: Securities and Exchange Commission v. Terraform Labs Pte., 23-cv-01346. US District Court, Southern District of New York.
