First State Super and Others Enter in Land Title Deal with NSW

In a ground breaking deal, First State Super, Hastings Funds Management and other investors have agreed to pay A$ 2.6 billion to manage New South Wales state’s land registry, Land and Property Information (LPI), for 35 years.
