ROADIS and NIIF Form Road Venture in India

ROADIS is the infrastructure arm of Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). ROADIS and India’s National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) formed a vehicle that will invest up to US$ 2 billion in road projects in India. This joint platform will invest equity in toll-operate-transfer (TOT) models, acquisitions of existing road concessions, and other investment opportunities in the road sector, as per a statement.
