Bitcoin Surges Over US$ 50 Thousand

Bitcoin has surpassed the level of US$ 50,000, reaching to nearly US$ 52,000 in morning trading as investors count down the days to the halving event in April. Bitcoin’s top enthusiast Michael Saylor posted on X: “Bitcoin is the world’s most popular investment asset. It is novel, global, digital, unique, and uncorrelated to traditional risk assets. That makes it a natural addition to the portfolio of a responsible investor.”
