Wall Street has to work from home. During a press conference, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered non-essential businesses to keep 100% of their workforce at home and put in place stringent new restrictions. This is due to containing the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). Andrew Cuomo said COVID-19 cases increased by 2,950 overnight to 7,102. Businesses will be fined for non-compliance.

“When I talk about the most drastic action we can take, this is the most drastic action we can take,” Andrew Cuomo said at a press conference in Albany on March 20, 2020.

“This is not life as usual. Accept it. Realize it and deal with it,” he said.

Cuomo adds, “These provisions will be enforced. These are not helpful hints. This is not if you really want to be a great citizen. These are legal provisions.”
