Seminole Tribe of Florida Buys Apartment Complex in Issaquah

The Seminole Tribe of Florida acquired the 135-unit Alexan Heartwood in Issaquah, WA, for US$ 103.75 million. The apartment is located in the Issaquah Highlands.
Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential is the seller. Located at 1150 10TH Avenue NE, Issaquah, WA, the apartment building, also referred to as Heartwood, was recently developed in 2021.
In August 2021, Equity Residential acquired the Alexan Central Park in Redmond, WA, (located at: 8020 161st Ave. NE) for US$ 105.5 million from Trammell Crow Residential.
Trammell Crow Residential is one of the largest multifamily developers in the United States.
