As Oil Prices Stay High, KazMunayGas Contemplates 2022 IPO

KazMunayGas (KMG) is a national oil and gas company. Samruk Kazyna is looking to take the oil and gas company public in 2022, given higher global oil prices. KazMunayGas produces 25% of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas condensate and 15% of natural gas and associated gas. It also owns a 56 percent share of Kazakhstan’s oil transportation market.
